Firstly you will be purchasing the lowest priced all-inclusive direct cremation plan in the UK. A Direct Cremation Plan allows you to arrange and pay for your funeral in advance, helping protect your family from unexpected funeral costs in the future.
“All inclusive” means the services listed in your chosen plan are included. Optional extras, changes to the arrangements, or anything not listed may cost more.
Can my family still have a celebration or memorial?
Yes. Direct Cremation gives family and friends the freedom to choose how, when and where they would like to remember someone.
What happens when someone dies?
Contact Crystal and our team will explain what happens next. The deceased will be collected and taken into our care while the necessary arrangements are made.
Do I need a Funeral Plan to arrange a cremation today?
No. If someone has recently died, you can arrange a funeral directly with Crystal without already having a prepaid Funeral Plan.
Are the ashes returned?
Yes. The ashes can be returned to the family following the cremation.
Does Direct Cremation mean less care?
No. Crystal’s standards of respectful care apply throughout the process, whether the funeral is simple or more traditional.
What if my family expects a traditional funeral?
Crystal encourages customers to talk to family about their wishes in advance. If other arrangements are important, speak to our team about the options available through Crystal.
